Therapy, supervision, and organizational support — all grounded in liberation, creativity, and your whole self.
I work with adolescents, adults, pairs, and groups seeking a wholeistic and affirming approach to therapy. Every session is tailored to your unique and intersectional identity, guided by the goals you bring to the room.
I am a culturally-rooted and relationally-centered therapist who engages creative processes — drama, storytelling, movement, writing — as entry points for healing that might not be accessible through talk therapy alone.

Pursuant to the "No Surprises Act," as of January 1, 2022, all licensed healthcare providers are required to provide uninsured or self-pay patients with an estimate of service costs when scheduling care or upon request.
The No Surprises Act aims to reduce the likelihood that patients receive a "surprise" medical bill by requiring us to note our discussed charge for services beforehand.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur.
Your healthcare provider can give you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
